Подземные льды – показатель плейстоценовой истории Российской Арктики

Аннотация

На основании анализа происхождения подземных залежных льдов рассмотрен вопрос о геологическом развитии Российской Арктики в четвертичный период. Предложена классификация пластовых льдов, содержащая два новых, выявленных автором генетических типа льдов – субмаринный и прибрежно-морской, для которых даётся новый механизм их образования. Установлена возможность формирования вечной мерзлоты с пластовыми льдами непосредственно в морских условиях. Выявлены существенные различия в геологическом развитии, в частности в трансгрессивно-регрессивном режиме, между западным и восточным секторами Арктики. Это ставит под сомнение ведущую роль гляциоэвстатических процессов в колебаниях уровня моря и выводит на первый план роль тектонических процессов.
